How do you meaningfully support campus leaders who are navigating intensified scrutiny, a changing political landscape, or shifting institutional priorities related to DEI? How do higher education associations respond when long-standing commitments to inclusion are rolled back, reshaped, or deprioritized? Join us on December 16 from 12 - 1 pm ET for a coffee chat which will invite members to explore how to support DEI leaders, navigate rollbacks or changes in institutional commitments, and embed equitable practices across campuses. This coffee chat will provide space to share strategies, lessons learned, and ideas for fostering resilient, equity-centered institutions, no matter the environment.
Coffee Chats provide space for members to connect informally around a topic of common interest. These unrecorded sessions are lightly facilitated with guiding questions that allow for free flowing conversation and sharing of wisdom and experience.
